We currently ship to customers across Australia.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping time and may be longer during peak periods, promotional events, public holidays, restocking periods, or for custom and made-to-order requests.

Estimated Delivery Time

· Standard Shipping: approximately 10–20 business days

· Express Shipping: approximately 6–12 business days

· Low-stock, made-to-order, or restocking items may require approximately 3–4 weeks in total

· Remote or regional areas may take longer

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected.

· Standard Shipping: A$9.95

· Express Shipping: A$14.95

· Free Standard Shipping on orders over A$79

Shipping promotions, if any, will be clearly stated on the website.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address details provided at the time of order. Any additional costs resulting from re-delivery or return-to-sender may be charged to the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we always do our best to dispatch and deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier or postal delays, customs processing, peak shipping seasons, severe weather events, or incorrect shipping details.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos where applicable. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
