We hope you love your order and enjoy the unique beauty of natural crystal jewellery. As many of our pieces are made with natural materials, please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Natural Characteristics of Crystal
Many of our products feature natural crystal stones. Because natural crystals are formed by nature, each piece may vary slightly in colour tone, clarity, inclusions, internal lines or markings, texture, pattern, natural cracks, or mineral features. These natural variations are part of the character of the material and are not considered faults or defects.
Please also note that slight size differences may occur due to hand measurement or hand-finishing, and minor colour differences may appear due to lighting, photography, and screen display.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide your order number, clear photos of the item, clear photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate. If the issue is confirmed to be due to damage in transit, a faulty item, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the relevant return or replacement shipping cost.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If your item does not have a fault but you wish to return it due to a change of mind, we may accept a return request within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Return approval is subject to inspection once the item is received back.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method where possible. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered processing, packing, or dispatch arrangements, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Return Process
If you would like to request a return or after-sales support, please contact us first with your order number, your name, clear item photos, and a brief explanation of the issue. Please do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
